I work at a large company and I don't support Symantec, so I can't contact their support. msi file for SEP 12.1.6 and the client upgraded to the newest SEP version, but Windows 10 still sees a component it doesn't like an older SEP 12.1.4 component (my guess) and says SEP isn't compatible.
